Group blocks allow your attendees to stay together on campus while enjoying convenient access to event venues, dining, and campus landmarks.
If additional rooms are needed beyond what The Blackwell can accommodate, Ohio State Events will also coordinate with nearby hotel partners to secure additional discounted room blocks close to campus.
Our team will guide you through the process — from determining the right number of rooms to coordinating booking details — helping ensure a smooth experience for both planners and guests.

Valet parking is available for $20 a day. Overnight valet parking is available for a flat nightly rate of $35 per vehicle with in and out privileges.
Self-pay parking is available in the adjacent parking garage or nearby surface lots.
