Transportation & Parking

Everything event planners and attendees need to arrive, park, and navigate Ohio State's campus with ease.

Getting Here is Easy. Getting Around is Easier.

Columbus is one of the most accessible cities in the Midwest — John Glenn Columbus International Airport offers more than 50 direct flights from cities across the country, and it’s just 15 minutes from campus. The city's central location provides easy interstate access via I-70 and I-71, making it simple for attendees to arrive no matter how they get here.

Once on campus, getting around is just as seamless. Ohio State’s free Campus Area Bus System, or CABS, connects all major venues, residence halls, and parking areas, while the city’s COTA public transit links campus to downtown Columbus and beyond. For events of any size, the Ohio State Events team can coordinate dedicated event parking, shuttle routes between hotels and venues, and custom transportation plans to ensure every attendee arrives where they need to be — on time and stress-free.
