Indoor Excellence in Action
French Field House has been a versatile hub and training ground for generations of athletes, from youth competitors to Olympians, over its nearly 70-year history.
Renovations to the facility — including the latest in 2024 — have added a state-of-the-art 200-meter track, updated jumping and throws areas, and new bleachers for 800 spectators, ensuring it remains a premier indoor competition and training venue. The facility features a strength and conditioning weight room, an indoor rowing tank, and turf field ideal for competitions and large events like graduations and community service programs.
Originally built for indoor track and field, French Field House now hosts collegiate and high school meets, USA Fencing tournaments, gymnastics competitions, and serves as a practice space for multiple varsity sports.
